  1. I just got my iPod Shuffle and would love some headphone recommendations. I
can't handle the ear bud headphones constantly falling out of my ear, and my
current over-the-ear headphones sound like [censored] compared to the ones from
Apple. I'm sure there are plenty of us running with iPod Shuffles, so can
anyone tell me what they did to fix the headphone problem?

It seems like the two choices are:

    (1) buy new headphones
    (2) buy these over-the-ear loops that hook onto existing ear buds, but I
don't know where to find these or how compatible they are with Apple's
    headphones

    TIA,
    Dustin

Dustin, I run w/a Shuffle. Definitely can NOT use iPod's earbuds. I
use Koss over-the-ear, they work very well w/the Shuffle. No problems.
True, they wreck that all-white look, but... I got them at Best Buy,
    around $20.

  3. I use my sony-sports loop-over-the-head phones. They stay in place even
in windy days. A head sweat-band will help in rare gale force winds.

I just bought these at Best Buy for about $21.00-

The cord comes off the headphones in the back, so no cord flapping in
your face. They sound great, too. Best headphones I've ever used
running, and I've tried a few.

  5. Do you run with an iPod Shuffle?

No, but I limp a little bit from an old war injury.

  6. I had one of those and it did not last very long and became
    intermittent.

Besides, the cord's natural position hugs your neck. When jogging, it
rubs and can transmit "noise" via the phone cord.

Piece of junk that I throw away.
