Only if they're made from Maple, and this is due to the fiber structure
of the wood. Oak floors are fine for pushups. Ceramic tile is okay, too,
but not vinyl (toxic chemicals permeate the skin into the muscles). Concrete
is okay as long as it was trowled by hand and not with a power trowel -
something about residual electrons from the motor...
