  1. Coordination is very important in sports like baseball or basketball
etc but is coordination a big part of running. or is running just
instinctive. when i was running fast up stairs and over obstacles i
think my poor coordination hurts me. the best people to answer this
are uncoordinated people but most are so scarred they wont even admit
it . this is not a troll, btw.

I once tripped over a fire hydrant. (I don't know if it was poor
coordination, or just not paying attention. I don't recommend it.
Those things are hard steel, and they don't move.)

I think it helps, a lot, to be able to get around obstacles.

Watch a drunk trying to walk home or a baby trying to walk. Draw your
own conclusions about the importance of coordination.

  8. It helps to be able to run without tripping over your own feet.
