  1. I'm on the wagon for sure. 4*15 and I could barely hold my drink. Seem to
work better than bench and flys etc. The only other time the ol' triceps get
that pumped is when doing isolating exercises on them. Anyone else had good
results from dips? Push ups when i was kickboxing were also a winner for the
chest and arms. It seems that any exercise that means lifting ones own body
    works well?

I've already said to much ;-)

    Cheers

    Mike

You are posting in misc.fitness.weights, not
misc.fitness.bodyweight_exercises. I shall have one of the resident
powerlifting goons remove you if you continue to post off-topic.

The only dips tolerated around here are Will Brink and Pinko Jim.

So chin ups are also banned here. How about I go massive and tie weights to
myself? Technically I am then allowed to post my "dipping" here?

P.S I eat powerlifting goons for breakfast.

I'm going to die rather sooner than I'd like. I tried to protect my
neighbours from crime, and became the victim of it. Complications in
hospital following this resulted in a serious illness. I now need a bone
marrow transplant. Many people around the world are waiting for a marrow
transplant, too. Please volunteer to be a marrow donor:
