Well, where's the kapusta? (Sauerkraut). Chips, baked beans, pickles,

tots? ;-) Actually, Alexia frozen french fries are pretty tasty. I
should pick up another bag for those types of occasions.

That's why baked beans. Of course, baked beans are closely associated with
Boston, so me, being a (WORLD CHAMPION) Red Sox fan (and I'm not a
bandwagoner, I've been one my whole life, like my father before me), I
naturally associate baked beans with baseball. But that's more of a Boston
thing, not a baseball thing!

And yes, I'm rubbing the WORLD CHAMPION in, just in case any Yankees fans
are reading this. (except for Nancy Y.....I like Nancy a lot and she's not
one of those fans that deserves their face rubbed in it!!!!)

Exactly. And we did end up having baked beans that night. Yesterday
at Dodger Stadium, though, I had beers and peanuts with the Dodger Dog.

I went to Fenway many times as a starving college student (right field
bleachers was just barely affordable). I'm a lifelong Dodgers fan, but
when I look at the American League it's to the Red Sox. Even though
The The Angels Angels of Anaheim are pretty attractive the last few

Good for you! I too am a lifelong Dodgers fan. I was raised that way by my
mother. I remember the excitement/drama when they moved to L.A. I was also
raised to consider the American League as evil or at least a little dirty
and nasty; not something one of good character cared for. <sniff> I wish I
had purchased some Dodger Dogs at the store today!
