    sauce with it and some garlic mashed potatoes and green beans with pearl

    It is in fact the best roasted chicken ever for me. I have never roasted a
    chicken at 450F. There was some smoke and I don't have a hood over the
    oven. I did take a couple of pictures. Don't let a little smoke deter
    you!

    where can you find a two-pound chicken? even three-pounders seem as
    rare as their teeth in my supermarket.
