It's all depending on the size....... but 60mins is the usual time I give.
That chunk was done just a *tad* too long, it came out medium, instead of
medium rare.

I always collect the drippings from under the meat, there's an alfoil pan
under there. But after a couple of uses, I take it out, fill it with sand
and put it in the bin.
