Difference between PT unit and CyclingPeaks

I have the display of power set to 10 secs. Maybe this has something to do with it. Average power on the PT unit is the top option which shows either max av or current power

The averaging setting only affects current power. It should not affect average power. But, what will affect AP is what you specified in SETUP 3 - option 1: "select YES or NO for zeros included in averaging of watts." This setting has nothing to do with the data stored for download, but only affects the averaging algorithm in the PT computer. Do you have it set up to include zeros?
