Traditional english breakfasts for example?
Yes, they are just what you want. Or rather, traditional Scottish
breakfasts, for the first few days/weeks.
I was going to say that you should eat what you like, but I usually end
up eating anything and everything that I can get my hands on when on a
cycling tour - "like" hardly comes into it when the bakery is "ferme
exceptionelle" at lunch time!
Mmmm, fish and chips and beer. A return trip to the UK beckons for me -
sadly without a bike, so I might not be able to eat everything I've
been missing for the last year....
