  1. My entire body is permeated with oil from Chanukah latkes! The house, car,
everything reaks! Here's our recipe for zuchinni latkes:

Cuisinart a few zuchini's to a thick shredded consistency, add 2-3 eggs, we
use soy flower for a low carb binder, you can add a couple of tbsp of any
flower you like. Mix well and let sit 10-20 minutes, and then drain as much
of the water out as possible. Fry in your favorite oil in a pan and spatula
into 2-3 inch flat discs. If you make them bigger, they are hard to flip. We
season to taste afterwards with salt & pepper rather than in the batter.
If you're against potato, you can make these out of just about any kind of
veggie or squash. Batter dipped broccoli and cauliflower and muchrooms are
very popular with the kids over here. Enjoy!

  2. Do you really want to use any flower? I thought some were poisonous.

    Aren't they poisonous too?

The OP is probably bi-lingual so I'm never comfortable when one is
making light of grammar and spelling of any other poster.

And I'd actually much prefer to be a friend of the one posting
messages with grammar or spelling errors than the one making fun of
    them.

Perhaps you should visit the OPs webpage. And while you're at it, try to
develop some sort of sense of humor.
