  1. Should I got out for a light/easy session on the bike the day before a race?

I have a race tomorrow and I was not planning heading out today but I came across an article on the web that says a light spin with a samll number of sprints might help😕

yeah that sounds about right, some wind up sprints for about 15-20 seconds, only about 3 though which should keep the engine ignited but not carry fatigue into the race tomorrow

Doing something very light the day before really works for me.

When I stop for a day off, I don't always get a good workout (or race) the day after.
