  1. I've come up with several flavor combinations that have made life a little
more interesting in the yogurt department. I'm interested in what other
people combine to add interest and variety to their diets.

orange + peach = fuzzy navel
coconut + pineapple = pina colada
    strawberry + banana

See why I need fresh ideas? I have a very short list, The combos listed
above are good, but more variety would be great.

Unfortunately, I don't care for sweetened coffee. I do use some of the
flavors (especially the kahlua) in hot cocoa, though.

    strawberry + peach

raspberry or cherry syrup with a squeeze of lemon or lime juice

    vanilla + orange (creamsicle)
vanilla + sliced almonds (much tastier than it sounds)

I'm not Carol, but something we've found we like is to use sugar free instant
pudding (White Chocolate is our favorite) and use 1 cup Hood milk and 1 - 8 oz
pkg. cream cheese - mixed very well. Makes a yummy "cheesecake" substitute.

I noticed the other day that our grocery store has regular instant pudding in a
cheesecake flavor, but not sugar free -- maybe it won't be far behind.

When combining syrup flavors -- we like vanilla & caramel.

Sorry, Rosie. I don't have one. I always made my mom's Sour Cream Cheese
Pie. Probably very much like Myra's cheesecake, but in a regular pie pan.
If you'd like, I can post it for you. Otherwise, you can find lots of

While SF gelatin mix is nearly carb-free (under half a gram per
serving), SF instant pudding mix has 24g of cornstarch per 4-serving
box. Six grams per serving isn't high on maintenance, or for people
with fairly high carb limits in ongoing loss, but it's a lot for some.

  16. Here's one I used to make, very tasty but there are quite a few things you
    would have to substitute for:

    LEMON CHEESECAKE PIE

    1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
    2 tbsps margarine
    ½ cup sugar
    1 egg
    2 tbsps flour
    2/3 cup milk
¼ to ½ cup lemon juice
    2 tbsps grated lemon peel

Crust: 1¼ cups graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/3 cup melted
    margarine.

Cream the cheese and margarine; add sugar and the egg. Mix well. Add
flour, then milk. Stir in lemon juice and peel. Pour into unbaked graham
cracker crust. Bake 35 minutes at 350 F. Chill and serve.

    In 20 oz. cup:
    Ice
2 shots Bavarian chocolate, 1 shot caramel, 1 shot almond
    Top off with club soda.
It's called a "Liquid Candy Bar."

I also have what I (non-politically correct) call San Franciscans.
Mix any fruit flavor with any nut flavor.
They just seem to go together. <G>

Yup, I really hate those things. I have a really nice one from Germany,
and it has a glass bottom for serving. I'm always terrified I'm going to
