Yeah, the way most guys did more at the Tour than ride it as a training
race.

He already did his part in the TDF. I think the rule only applies to the
first major tour. Subsequent ones they can go for the win.

If Heras does win, he'll have tied Tony Rominger for having the most
victories at La Vuelta. Incredibly, no rider has one more than 3
Vueltas, and Rominger is the only cyclist to win 3 (in consecutive
years, as well: 1992, 1993, 1994)
