Looking for your Hidden Food Allergies is not like performing open
heart surgery. It is safe and simple. Even an idiot like you can do it.
Why not get several books about it? Talk to a naturopathic doctor about
it. If 10 sites say one thing, and 1 site says something else, I would
go with the majority. I might then talk to a doctor about it. It is
    called common sense.

Brad, a "real health nut" using medical common sense would weigh
what the10 web sites say about the possible negative health effects of
consuming dairy (including cow's milk) products verus what the one web
health site which has a positive view of dairy products.

If one reads on 10 web health sites that dairy / cow's milk is a
heavy mucus creating food product and has a heavy, thick casein protein
component, a "real health nut" may agree with such views.

The problem is that the truth is not the result of a poll or a count of web
    sites.

The problem with that logic being, I can put up 20 websites saying God
is made of purple cheese, and who's going to contradict me.

  4. That is totally correct and why double blind and small sample biased testing
doesn't work. The word of millions upon millions of people sick of the ill
effects of milk is much better an indicator.

To each his own you sick [censored]...LOL

Yes, Pizza Girl, the many posts here in this ng from folks who
resolved their ear infections; strep throats; diabetes; hay fever; etc.
merely by stopping their drinking of cow's milk.

I had 30 years of un-needed anti-biotics for strep throats
merely because un-trained pharm drug type M.D.s do not know that drinking
cow's milk may be the ROOT cause for many cases of strep throats.

Thanks goodness of the Google University of Internet Medicine
where the average person can obtain medical knowledge which the pharm drug
    type M.D. does not understand.

And to think that Jeff the kid's doc does not know the basic
knowledge about cow's milk and its possible adverse health effects on kids.

Yet you have yet to provide any evidence to back your claims.

The ten web sites that all copy each other's bogus arguments?

I've read a zillion postings from you making these claims about "heavy
mucus" and "thick protein." They were wrong every time and repeating
them did not make them more correct.
