  1. Any good Watts Increasing Interval Workouts that you may have on a CycleOps 300PT Indoor Trainer would be highly appreciated. I am looking for 30min, 45min and 60 min. type sessions. All input would be great! 🙄

  2. Anyone have a good indoor workout they want to share?🙄

    A ton...

What are you trying to accomplish?

All of theses videos are worth a look for indoor training, especially the following:

Otherwise, I learned a lot about structuring workouts for specific benefit goals from the book The Ultimate Ride. You can move on from there if you are looking to put together a more detailed training plan, but it is a great primer on what to do and why.

  5. Trying to increase VO2 max along with overall watts to keep up in the Cat3 Crits. I am OK and finish 6 to 7th every race. This next year I want the podium. Any workout ideas?🙄

  6. I have been using the Hunter Allen power building workouts at Trainingpeaks.com. 🙂
