So I had a thread before asking for help and tried all of the ideas but none have worked. Is it possible my magnet got demagnetised? Everything that runs off it does not work. Has anyone had this happen?

Any details about the make/model and specific problem? A quick way to check the magnet is with a steel paper clip. If your computer uses a reed switch (probably) rather than a hall effect sensor you should be able to hear the switch clicking if you pick up the front of the bike and spin the wheel.
