after 48 minutes I sent " You're making the Royal Mail look good..."

I had an email back within 30 seconds...
I was taught that if you are choosing a supplier, phone up their sales line and their support line and ratio the number of rings before they answer. Anything over 1:10, forget them because they have put all their effort into getting new customers, not keeping existing ones.
