It’s a too big a world to cover for all of cyclists bad judgement, so I have no problem echoing the peeved motorist when the opportunuty presents itself.

Just ‘cause we’re all on two wheels, doesn’t make us all one eyed.

(for the record I myself been guilty of running the lumière rouge, but there’s a lot to be said about how you do something, then what you are actually doing. Bad judgement usually comes out in the method & timing of execution I think.)

The shame. I ran a red light last night. I don't normally do it...
_especially_ if there's any traffic around. But I was rolling (slowly)
in a big gear (have never seen this light red before, so had to stop
pretty quick) to the T-section, no cars from the side street, their
light was red already but our light was taking forever to change. I was
happy to stop and do the static gear change (you know the one, you
balance on one foot, pick your bike up by the saddle and turn the cranks
a few times with the other foot). but the [censored] in a ute behind me was
revving for some reason and frankly he freaked me out completely. I felt
like if I was still changing gears when the light changed, he was going
to drive straight over the top of me, so I rolled through. I really
hated doing that, and more than that I hated feeling intimidated, and if
I see the [censored] again, I'm going at him with my frame pump.

Anyone else notice all the glass around BrisVegas? WTF is going on?
