The weekend is young (actually officially it hasn't even started) and I
did recently discover that the citrus degreaser for the bike does
wonders in the shower and also removes temporary chain ring tatts (won't
work on yours FD). So shower cleaning over study may happen yet (my
wife's gonna be happy with that).

my boss told me last week that cycling was interfering with my work. I was not audacious enough to say as a matter of fact, work is interfering with my cycle training - although I thought it!!!! (and I still don't know how cycling is interfering with my work - she couldn't clarify that one for me )

1) She has a sense of humour you don't understand, in which case what
you thought might have been the correct reply. {:-)

2) She is desperately trying to find a lever that she can use to control
you and since you are "outside the norm" she is frustrated.

3) If this is one of these companies where you get paid for 35/37/40
hours/week but they expect you to wotk 50/60/70+, start looking for
another job.

4) Can you ask her boss what it is all about? Either you poo yourself
(workplace wise) or you give her boss a heads up that she isn't handling
the job.

5) In a really paranoid workplace, you write a report "Nores on meeting
with boss date:time", etc. Take original home and leave copy in your
unlocked draw where anyone can find it.

6) F%^k It, I'll just go cycling some more. {:-).
