I dusted off my Marinoni while training for the 2004 CBBF Canadian Bodybuilding Championships, merely looking for an adjunct for LILD cardio, when I discovered... I love cycling.
So I bought new wheels and tires and now the damn thing flies. Today I got a bike trailer for the car. Does this mean I'm hooked?

You're probably hooked... You'll notice that you'll be looking at bikes all the time... I won't be long 'til you'll be after a new one... Go for it!
By the way. Are you folloing a Cycling BF loss progarmme or just riding? The rreason for asking is I'm trying to find a good programme as shed a bit (quite a bit actually) of Blubber.

Nah, I won't be buying a new bike, because I just bought new wheels and tires and cables for this one, which costs as much as a new bike.

I used the bike to add more LILD cardio to my training as I got closer to the competition dates. If you want to shed BF, try a CKD, in conjunction with some resistance exercise and LILD cardio or HIIT.

I found both to be very easy to navigate and informative with information to back up the exicution of the diet, maybe alittle more indepth than i could fully understand but the reasearch is there and the work out routine well outlined.
