I just bought the Trek Incite 11. It was like 40 bucks. Does everything you need except for the heart monitor. Easy install and works great.

Look at the Polar range - for example CS300 - don't know US prices, but should be close to your price range and has the features you refer to. Not sure about cadence - may be available as an option.

Just curious, but why not you buy a bar computer, so you don't have to move your hand to read it?

In which case look at Polar CS200

the best recommendation I was offered a while ago was to get a handlebar mounted cycling computer (with cadence), and a separate watch-type heart rate monitor that also can be mounted on the handlebar. I dont know if this sort of set up suits you, but it means you can use your HRM for alternative activities.

I think he means one that clips off the wrist and then goes onto the bars...

The Bar Computer Seems better. I think I will go with that. I just want one that gives me everything including heartrate.

I think the Polars are good, but then again those are the only ones I looked at.
