Guy at work who used to race recommended Cycle Science for a full
service of my bike. Price seems right, $150 for complete strip and
re-build and they seem to know what they're doing.
Can anyone comment on their service?

What's a "complete service"?
If it's just taking bits off, cleaning and reassembling
I reckon $150 is steep.
But if you don't have space/tools/time/skills/whatever
then I understand you might want to get a shop to do it.
