My copy of Cycle arrived yesterday and as usual I flicked to the letters
page to check for urc communications. In the past couple of issues Guy
Chapman and Peter Amey have featured, this issue it's the turn on Pete
Clinch---subject: panniers. Anyone preparing a letter for next time to
keep the side up?

I thought the cover picture was an excellent two-fingers to the Swamp

Just to see their name in the open TT results, probably. There isn;t a
lot else in it.
