My copy of Cycle arrived yesterday and as usual I flicked to the letters page to check for urc communications. In the past couple of issues Guy Chapman and Peter Amey have featured, this issue it's the turn on Pete Clinch---subject: panniers. Anyone preparing a letter for next time to keep the side up?
