    Dear AOL,
Below are several messages posted to the newsgroup rec.running. These are only
a few of todays off topic messages, a few of hundreds posted by her in the last
few months. This Virginia person has been repeatedly flooding RR with off topic
posts of her psychotic poetry. She has been repeatedly asked to stop, but it
seems to have no effect on her. I understand she is a published poet, however
RR is not the place for this. I fail to understand her motives, since she is
continually rebuffed, yet just continues flooding the NG with these bixarre
messages. The below messages are two of todays ramblings, most days there are
dozens. Please check her posting history.
Can you please ask her to cease and desist?
    Thank you,
    Fabby

    Just say, Mama,
    Hey! Or depending on
    Your personal proclivities, you may
Opt to pray. And now a brief
Word [Hope this helps!] from Ms.
Fran Lebowitz, considering "Good Weather And
    Its Propensity To Frequent the
    Better Neighborhoods ~

It was once the common belief that the climate
was determined by a large number of gods,
each in charge of a specific variety of weather.
The came the major religions, and most people
came to hold a more subdued point of view
that suggested but a single god who
    got aound a lot.

Many still take this position, although the
majority now ascribe to a theory of weather
based largely on cloud formation, air pressure,
wind velocity, and other aspects of science.
Lastly there are those who feel that the weather
what it does are entirely the province of
    honey-throated television announcers with
big Magic Makers. So, then, we are presented
with three basic theoires as regards
    the controlling
    factor of weather:

    a. God
    b. Nature
    c. Tone of Voice”

Please stop this person? It is very disruptive to our RUNNING newsgroup.

    Sounds goode,
    Indeed. Listen to your heart,
    Treat your body well,
    Obey temperance and fortitude.
    And listen to DonVon, aka,
Elf Lord. He'll get your on the right
    Morse Code
Course. But mostly, just listen ~
    To yourself. Or read, too,
    The Classics & The NYTs.
