    Traditional Panjabi use is to make a dal with the little
    skinned and halfed lentil that are salmon pink and cook very
    quickly. Add the leaves the last few minutes of
    cooking...they balance very well with the earthiness of the
    lentil. Love them. blacksalt

    Curry leaf lovers should know that growing the plant at home
    is really simple - even I, who have the blackest of thumbs,
    have kept one alive in a pot for several years.
