James JoycePetetioning in August wouldn't have done any good, as he hasn't signed
with a team. -

selected to ride the world championships. When you ride for worlds, you
ride for the US national team.Magilla

But don't all national team members have to a member of a UCI
recognised team to be considered for selection?
