It worked for me....There are onkly a few things I don't like about the description. While I think it is a good deal, if it were my bike there are a few itmes I'd have changed as I progress as a MTBer. First woudl be to get rid of the Asdtrale Computer - I have had better luck on MTB's with the Cateye Enduro.
H-Bars Keep in mind that alum. bars should be replaced every few years, and believe me when they break it sucks  . So I'd replace that just becuase you don't knwo the history of the bars. Ritcheys are good bars...but I jsut don't trust used bars anymore.
I have ridden the Rock Shox susp. seatpost before,,,it is a great susp. seatpost, but it doesn't have 2" of travel adjustment...Just FYI. Don't get me wrong, I thin it is great...but the description seemed a little misleading. RS uses an ellastomer, and you bnasically cut the elastomer to your rider wt. they also give you recommended settings which will give you a regular susp. (not really adjustable on the fly).
I have had good luck with the SRAM chains, but I'd check it for wear as well (again just what I check on used bikes). If the chain is too warn, you'll need to get a new cassette and chain at the same time...sometimes even a chainring or 2 (if really realy worn).
I don't have much exp. with the headshocks, I think those are love it or hate it product from other people I have talked to...I'd take it to a Cannondale shop and ask for help setting it properly for your wt. and riding style.
