  3. I used creatine for years and had all the benefits with the only side effects being a little trouble sleeping at night. Seems like I was always energetic. No sexual side effects except for ability of a longer performance. (I guess anwway I say this will sound funny) Thinks of sex as just another workout. I will be enhanced. Next to steroids, Creatine is the next best perfomance enhancing product.

    im on it... dont notice any downsides of it (lol).

  5. Had a supervisor who said he had to be hospitalized because he got himself dehydrated on the stuff.

    Have sleep problems but quit taking creatine for the dehydration it caused.

    It is also a caffiene antagionist. Can also nutralize pain killers so avoid if your going to be having surgery!!!
