    occurrence) I just eat it cold - throw it into a salad and
    use a Louis dressing (mayo, ketchup, a little
    Worcestershire, maybe some chili sauce if you have it).

    Of course, if you have enough left over, you could make crab
    cakes out of
    it.

    Crab legs are already cooked, so just toss them into a
    steamer and bring up to a boil until the legs are just a
    little hot.

    Lately tho', I've quit doing even that. I just shell the
    meat cold and toss it into my hot melted lemon butter. :-)
    That makes it just warm enough to be tasty without drying it
    out by overheating it.

    For frozen ones, I place them on a cookie sheet & heat them
    in a 400 degree oven for 7-10 minutes.
