  1. The contributor describing herself as Ms Lucy Fur et al, arrived among
us a relatively short time ago, and with a great flourish announced to
us that she was going to completely amaze us with her skill as a
    Usenet "troll"!!

As the denizens of MFW have relatively little or no knowledge of this
so-called 'art form', we were all suitably impressed and awaited with
eager anticipation for Ms Fur's promised input, particularly as she
guaranteed that she would be with us for at least a full 12 months.

Here is a progress report form for you to comment on her progress to
    date:

    1. Are you impressed with her plethora of amazing 'aliases' which
have all of us scratching our heads as to the identity of the sender,
despite the fact that they are all posted from Google, with the same
    header?

    2. Are you completely absorbed with the content of her offerings,
which are all cunningly constructed to appear as though they have been
written by an early years teenager?

    3. Are you intrigued as to why she is totally dedicated to all
things homosexual, and do the activities of "Ron Grossi" turn you on,
as her descriptive narrative virtually brings him into the intimacy of
    your own drawing room?

    4. Is she without doubt the most entertaining and witty "troll"
we have ever seen at MFW, and possibly the whole of Usenet?

    5. Are you baffled and bewildered, yet wonderfully entertained,
by the sharpness of her repartee and the alacrity of her responses on
    a whole range of topics?

    6. Is it likely that she gets so few responses to her input
because it is almost impossible for us to operate at her esoteric
intellectual level, or to compete with this mistress of the pithy
    one-liner?

    7. What can we do to let her know we appreciate what she is doing
for MFW, to ensure she stays among us and continues to entertain us?

    8. Do you marvel that she is able to spend so much time
entertaining us, yet still find time to discuss her acne and irregular
periods with her other classmates in intimate excitable groups, while
corresponding in nine chat-rooms at the same time and speaking on the
house 'phone and her cell 'phone simultaneously, discussing who she
hopes will ask her to the Junior Prom?

    9. Can she surpass the already high standards that she set?

    10. Shall we see her like again?

Please answer as honestly as you can without fear nor favour - she
deserves at least that, no less no more!!

I hope Ms Fur and indeed all of you good folk have a great weekend -
    you know I will!! ;o)

AND DON'T LET FRIDAY THE 13TH DETER YOU!!

    TFIF!!

I've sworn off of feeding trolls like Lucy Fur for at least the duration
    of my diet... ;-)

"It" is so boring and unimaginitive, I generally just try to ignore "it".

Cheers and have a good weekend!

    Thanks Om, you too.

I have an old Navy chum and his wife arriving this afternoon, who will
be staying over until Tuesday. It's looks like another hectic few days
as we have a full social programme planned for him.

I hope to send him back to Harrogate suitably hungover, to repay him
for all his kindness last time we visited them, when we both regressed
    to our midshipman days!! ;o)

  5. <YAWN> Punkass [censored].

  6. Remember, as the war progresses (as it inevitably will), that you may
have to sleep with the fishes, as even Ms Fur with all her childish
faults and her dopey attempts at "trolling", is ten times smarter than
    you will ever be!! ;o)

Gee, first you say Lucy is the dumbest, and now him? Which is it moron?

Have a great weekend Lee dear chap - you know I will!! ;o)

Of course you will, you'll be taking it up the [censored], nothing makes you
    happier.

That's what makes it so pitiful. He always has the same playground banter
to post, never anything engaging. I read his posts for a week or so, then
    gave up.
