Dear all,
First happy new year to everybody.
I'd like to know if acupuncture could help me to reduce the amount of
medication I am taking. And if it could help my body to heal from this
disease.
Thanks and regards,
f.

f.I am told that Acupuncture may be helpful for the pain from peripheral
neuropathy. Also, I hear that it may help with the frequency and urgency of
night-time urination. If you are taking pain meds or meds for bladder control, Acupuncture _might_
make you comfortable enough to reduce your medication. -

I'd like to know if acupuncture could help me to reduce the amount of

disease.Stress reduction can improve glucose control somewhat, so to the extent
that accupuncture can reduce stress, it might help modestly. Don't expect
miracles, though, and don't use it as a substitute for other forms of
stress reduction like exercise, which will make a lot bigger difference
(regardless of whether or not it leads to weight loss). -

however....losing weight..eating right..and exercising can help
significantly...And eating right may include adding cinnamon to the diet. This one's
been all over the news lately, but I haven't seen any of our

Does this mean Diabetes can be reversed?
The reason I ask is because my friends father has had it for 30 years.

Once again, Acupuncture MAY reduce the amount of medication, but not the
diabettes meds. Acupuncture MAY reduce the pain of peripheral neuropathy,
reduce nighttime urination, and help the person sleep more soundly.Quoted message said:

That's because such behavior is beneath the dignity of the enlighted
practitioners and students of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Gui Zhi, Ramulus Cinnamomi Cassiae, has long been used in the TCM treatment of
some varieties of Xiao Ke, or what we westerners call Diabettes. -

vegetables and lightly processed grains (oatmeal instead of
Choco-Crunchies, foir example).Minimizing processed foods - eating more things that are close to
their natural form - is one way to do this. Apples instead of

Type 2 Diabetes can apparently be minimized, delayed or even
reversed i the corrections to the lifestyle are promptly applied.Quoted message said:

It might help, but 30 years is a long time.

Way to go TDN. I thank you very much.
I would offer the person interested in improving their health the additional
recommendations of:
Learn how to avoid indigestion.
Learn how to acidify the colon.
Learn more about the body's acid/alkaline balance.Have a great day.
