So from the report one might as well assume filanthropical purposes, i.e. deprived Eastern European

Cops and prosecutors seem to think that cycling is overrun with dope, so when they see that one
of the trainers for a big team has a close relative who -could possibly- supply that trainer with
dope, the alarms probably go off. It's a 'appearance' thing, Chris. Perhaps this goes beyond
appearances, however (from the linked article):
