    Eat fish!

What if a person doesn't eat fish ? Suppliments are for those
who cannot eat / get them from other sources of foods .
    Common sense .

    You have my condolences.

I could never be a doctor, because I don't believe in holding hands. I
    prefer to kick-ass.

Just thought that you might want to know.

One of the old materia medica says it is a nutrient , hepatic
and pancreatic remedy . Does it have any effect on liver and pancreas ?
There were some advertisements on seven seas cod liver oil
some two deacdes ago which says boasted of healthy bones and stiffness
    of joints .

50 years back they were available in jars as pure oil ,
the dosage was usually one table spoon in milk . We have small capsules
today and what is the efficacy .

Why do you think you need some kind of fish oil, in the first place?
Is it because you suffer of some of the said diseases, or just because you
read fish oil is healthy for you in general?
    Do you usually eat fish?

If you have hypertension, fish oil plus sesame lignans is a must. Have
    a look at this:

Lignans also help impede the oxidation of LDL and help burn excess
triglycerides in the blood stream. More info here:
