Curiously, I like coffee (caffeine) in the mornings before my bike rides.
Helps me get the intensity up after being asleep. I have read that for
some, it causes heart issues & such. Hence, easy to see why some would need
to limit it.

Cool! A serious gym.....in LA, too. I went to some gyms out there several
years ago on a visit....Man...not the kind of place for me. Well, I take
that back....I do enjoy looking at cardio bunnies. What's wrong with me to
forget that! 🙂
