  1. Richard Stern Training is currently looking for Associate Coaches.

    If you would like to be an RST Associate Coach, we’re currently looking for coaches who have the right DNA. To be an Associate Coach you’ll need to possess a variety of skills, which should include, but not be limited to

    · Current record of successful coaching (at any level)
    · Understand how to use a power meter in coaching
    · Have a degree (or higher) in Sports Science or Exercise Physiology, or similar
    · Have a coaching qualification (in cycling)
    · Have competed in cycling to at least a moderate level (i.e., 3rd category)
    · Be personable, and get on with people
    · Be enthusiastic and ambitious
    · Have a good understanding of computers/software/internet

    tests, tests, tests....there's just far too much testing in cycling 😄
