  1. ...if posted to RBR, would be denounced as "candyass"...
Vinokorouv, Di Luca, Bettini, Bartoli, Van Petegem, Van Bon,
VDB, Brochard, Rebellin, Camenzind and Pellizotti are
described as: "in excellent form", "top form", "[be there at
the end if everything goes right]", "in good shape", "in
good form", "should not be counted out", "perhaps this time
the cards will fall his way", "other riders to consider".

Two from three pre-race interviews was a good result at PR.
How will the percentages work out at Amstel?

I know you're joking but the point of the preview isn't to
predict the winner, it's to give people an idea of the
riders who have a reasonable chance to do well. I hold no
responsibility for the accuracy of any of my predictions :-)

I think we're pinning our hopes on one rider, so it's all or
    nothing...

I noticed a definite lack of perspective from the
CyclingNews.Com team. Missing were such key phrases as,
"Crush VDB like a grape", "Rip the legs off of Vinokourov",
"Shell Bettini" and "Shread the peloton". Don't tell me
they weren't invited... cripes... when is my kit going to
    get here...

    Good pick.

That can't be their pick, because I already picked him: htt-

So Jeff, I gues you'll have to do another interview.
    Maybe Paolini.
