Milton solution -- as used to clean baby's bottles.

Baking soda -- as used to clean fridges.

Either of the above combined with mechanical action (a bottle brush).

Or, given the price of bottles, throw them away and buy some new ones!!

Wash it out with mechanical action (ie, brush or some such), then soak with weak bleach solution and
rinse thoroughly, or if you're nervous of drinking bleach, baby bottle sterilising tablets/liquid
from a chemist shop and follow the instructions.

To stop it happening again, wash out bottles immediately you get home whenever anything other than
clean water has been in them. Some people seem to favour storing the unused bottle/bladder in teh
freezer, but it seems to me that it's probably better to keep it clean of things that go mouldy.

DRY them. Mould only grows in moisture. Stand bottles, with their tops off on radiators or the
c/h boiler.

Use a hair dryer to dry the insides of collapsible containers.

When you've got 'em clean, store them with the caps off so you don't get any condensation inside.
