Use Google and just look through your responses until you find one you
    like:

Search for "recipes rolls cinnamon." "Easy" depends on the maker - you
can think "easy" is using bazooka biscuits as a base, or using yeast
dough and a mixer to knead it as a base. It's all up to you.

Do webtv subscribers have a normal connection to the Web? If not, then the
OP won't be able to follow your advice.

Regardless, by my standards of "easy," there are NO easy recipes for
cinnamon rolls: There's no escaping the need to roll out the dough, sprinkle
with the cinnamon mixture, roll the dough it into a log, slice the rolls,
and then bake them. That's the most difficult part of the whole procedure
for me; I'm just not all that good at rolling out dough into a rectangle.
(It ends up looking like an amoeba.)

Making the dough itself falls under "easy enough" for me; I make the brioche
recipe in the "Baking With Julia" cookbook, and I've done it enough times
that it's second nature by now. But I just don't have a handle on a
    reliable rolling-out procedure.

When I have gotten hungry for cinnamon rolls, I just make a coffee cake
(don't have a recipe handy), that has a lot of cinnamon, butter, brown sugar
in it. Isn't this just about as good to most people without the trouble?
Cinnamon rolls are soo fattening, and the rolling, etc. is so time
consuming, why not find a good place that sells them. Yeah, right!

I didn't pay any attention to the OP's newsreader - I thought if it was
"WebTV," they could use Google. Whatever.

Your description of your amoeba-like rectangles tickled my funny bone.
I generally get an almost-rectangle, and then even it out by selective
rolling and scootching with my hands into a rectangle shape. LOL. I
don't think any part of cinnamon rolls is hard - love to make them -
pecan rolls are even better but that's because I'm allergic to pecans,
and so I leave them out. The brown sugar/butter/corn syrup gooey stuff
    is to die for.

Normal enough to use Google or other search-engines.
