  1. Hi,

How long should my session be with a chiropractor. I was in there today
for about 15 minutes. I have a rotated (?) vertebra and a disc problem
in my upper few vertebrae (around my neck). Not sure if I'm saying all
that correctly. But, 15 minutes seems to be short. I'm supposed to see
him twice a week, but have been going only once. This is only my third
time to see him, but the first time I've noticed it was so short.

    Jim

  2. The question is, do the visits help with your problem?

Jim, first and foremost, disregard all drivel from Med(S)tools. He's not even
a human being, but a rather poorly coded Eliza program.

15 minutes is actually a fairly long time for a chiropractic session. If the
adjustments are helpful/effective, the time spent is really a minor
consideration. If the adjustments aren't helpful, perhaps asking the
Chiropractor about your prognosis, posture, and the ergonomics of your work
    situation would be helpful.

If the adjustments aren't helping after that, perhaps chiropractic isn't the
    solution to your particular problem.

  4. Jim, in this one instance ilsa's advice is correct. Even though ilsa is a
poorly cloned copy of a human. I think it was an attempt to blend a pig with
a monkey, but I was not in the lab at that time.

You shouldn't go at all. Chiroprators are quacks.

And............. xomicron will come back here and tell us how he/she KNOWS
this to be true. It will show us the extensive research and personal
experience it has with Chiropractic. If xomicron cannot show
these things, then he/she is a troll at best .
As to the time of your visits. One of the nice things about Chiropractic is
that it takes so very little time to get good results. Are the adjustments
helping with your problem? If so, be happy. It's better than taking drugs to
    get through the pain.
