*** Chelan Mt Bike Festival Report *** Chelan, Washington -- 06/20/2004 ~Mt Bike Festival Draws Out Families~ Absent official information, we're grateful to Terry Urness for the photos of the Lake Chelan Mt Bike Festival at Echo Ridge. Terry comments that the event "sure brought out the families, and the community". He notes that he saw lots of local businesses in the area, catering to the visitors with water, dust control, transportation and a barbeque. There's a difference between "riding" and coasting on a
bicycle. Besides, there were only engineless motorcycles
being ridden in those dodgy photos.
