  1. In a recent experiment on me I found adding cheese to my carbs
in my morning breakfast of oats and whole wheat bread at dinner
has restored my BG levels to normalcy . I also find that my blood
pressure levels too have improved . I think for vegeterians adding
cheese with carbs help BG levels . I also take one full egg with yolk
everyday and lots of vegetables . I go for my morning walk of 6o mts .

Since cheese is mostly fat, it may delay or moderate your rise in blood
    sugar.
Have you checked your blood sugar several times after eating breakfast
(say at hour intervals -- 1,2, 3, and 4 hours)
to be certain that higher blood sugar does not occur later in the morning?

  6. In your original post you said that adding cheese to your oats at breakfast
    gave you normal BG levels.

Now you say that you checked:

If you ate something in the morning and didn't check your BG until after
lunch, how can you have any idea how your breakfast affected you or whether
the cheese did or didn't make a difference?

During the process of experimentation I checked BG before and after
every meal . I hope this helps .
