  1. Hi everyone! I haven't posted in a while. With the new job title comes extra training, which is a
pain in the ass. Instead of being physically active all day at work, I'm stuck in a classroom! YUCK!
So I've been playing around with one pound of weight over the past 4 weeks and something needs to
change. I'm half way to goal, and in my mind, I have a little over 4 months to get there! So
tomorrow I've decided to start Fast Track. I talked to my leader and told her that I do exercise and
I am very physically active at work, so I didn't think 20 points would be adequate. She said to go
ahead and use my activity points when I earn them, so I'm gonna try that. I start tomorrow! I think
the first week will be okay since I will still be in classes most days. The scale will tell on
Saturday if I've been successful! I've been doing really well with exercise, going to the gym at
least 4-5 times a week. I feel really good. I'm actually okay with the fact that swimming suit
season is just around the corner. I love WW, and I love the flexibility it has. I am so happy I
finally got off my ass and joined! I hope to be at the 50 lbs lost point at my 1 year anniversary
    towards the end of March.

Thanks to all you guys for your support and encouragement. This is by far the best newsgroup I've
    ever subscribed to.

  8. Hi Brynda, I have been playing with a pound for the last few weeks too, but it hasn't gone anywhere
<G>. It sure can be disheartening. I have come to the conclusion though, that only extra exercise or
changing your current exercise will do the trick. I know you already said you do a lot, so that may
not be what's right for you :-) I too have a new sedentary type job, the only bonus is the 4 flights
of stairs I constantly go up and down during my breaks. Best of luck reaching that 50 pound goal.
Vanessa In OZ :-) Overall (Was 273- Current 211- Goal 160)
