Assuming your 9 speed levers aren't horribly old (newer than 1998), you'll need a 10 speed chain, 10 speed cassette, and a 10 speed index gear for the right shifter. While you've got the shifter apart, it's a good idea to replace the G-springs as well.
The index gear and G-springs are worth about $70, compared to $lots for a whole new lever. It's a relatively simple job to replace the index gear. I've replaced G-springs (need to get the index gear out to do that) a couple of times on my levers.
There's no need to make any change to your derailleurs or chainwheels.
Alternatively, you could take the opportunity to upgrade your 10 speed Chorus to 9 speed. Just replace the index gear with a 9 speed one, put a Veloce 9 speed cassette on, and an SRAM 9 speed chain, and you'll never have to put up with Campy chains again 🙂
