    I use to use Assos '[censored] cream' but have changed to Sudacrem and seen no difference...except
    the price.

    Go with Nappy cream.

    I used to use sudacream but switched to Assos before a 600k ride this year and found it muchbetter.
    I reapplied it every 200k and found that the chamois actually seemed to cling to the skin. Although
    it stopped nappy rash and was Ok for upto a 300k ride I used to experience rubbing when using
    sudacream.
