People living near the border can get CBC in french and english. Keep in
mind, american viewers, even if the coverage is in french, it's not like you
    don't know what's happening.

I think the MTB events are on the 27-28.

Well, they first need to know that the olympoics are on!
Yesterday, a guy i nfront of me bought a pizza called Greek Feta Olymp pizza or
something like that. "I told the guy, hey appropriate choice, 1 more week and
    we are in"
The guy had no idea what i was referring to. I told him, "the O.G, next week.."
    he said Huh?? and left.

Look, not everyone is into sports. I guess we think everyone knows about
this stuff, but alas, not everyone does.

I remember once I was watching CNN, and they were talking to the guy who
does the polls. I don't remember his name but he looks like Niles. It was
around the time of the 2000 games, and Niles asked the two women at the
desk, as a trivia question, "where did they have the 1948 games?" Neither
one of the bimbos knew, they just both said, "uhhhhh...." Yikes. I mean,
it's not like it's ancient, obscure history or you even have to know about
sports. Everyone knows those games were held in Burlington, Vermont, for
god's sake. Seriously, though, lots of people have no idea what goes on
    outside their neighborhood.
