Add 8 hard boiled eggs chopped One diced large onion. 8 large pickles grated or diced. 1 and ½ cups of mayonnaise, perhaps slightly more or less depending on the size of cauliflower 2 teaspoons of black pepper (approx) one teaspoon salt or more if you don't use the cheese sprinkle Approx one tablespoon brady street cheese sprinkle (penzy's spices) Mixture may taste a bit salty at first, but it fades once left for a while. Up to 1 tablespoon dill weed 1 teaspoon (approx) of dry yellow mustard, (optional) 2 cans of black olives coarsely diced "optional

You know how low carbers use cauliflower in place of potatoes for faux mashed potatoes? Caulitater. Seems some people call potatoes taters, ala tater tots. (smile)
