  1. Let's say this is my workout:

    20 minutes cardio
    10 minutes stretching routine
    20 minutes weight training
    10 minutes cardio

    is the 10 minutes of cardio at the end bad for muscle? I've read that it
    doesn't have fat-burning effect right after weight training.

    Also I do a 30 minute cardio session in the morning just by itself, followed
    by the above workout at night. Is that combined with a good diet ~1500
    calories a sure way to get my fat% down?
