  1. This is real stupid and vane.

I bought a used pair of FSA RD-488 carbon wheels last month. I love them. However, I thought the decals were a little ugly. So, like the Seinfeld episode where he shaves his chest, I started pealing just to see if they came off. Within minutes, all of my decals were gone and the wheels looked even uglier.

My question: Does anybody know where I can buy replacement FSA decals or any other decals. The only place I can find decals is Zipp. Its not above me to put Zipp decals on my discount wheels. However, I'd prefer to try something else.

  2. I'd contact FSA for some replacements. Probably your best bet.

  3. Thanks. FSA doesn't sell them...and did I mention that they are ugly.

  4. Clean carbon wheels always look a LOT better than with the crappy labels on (unless of course you've taken off some of the laquer with them)

Did you actually email or call FSA to make sure they wouldn't sell you a pair? They won't always technically have them for sale on their website or from a dealer. Well if the decals are ugly and the naked wheel is uglier...which would you rather have? You could get a pair of higher end FSA decals that actually look good and put them on there.

  6. - the answer to your problems is ....... drum roll .....

    a "LIGHTWEIGHT" Sticker.
