Why don't you measure the steerer diameter ?

  3. I measured it and it is between 39 and 40mm. When I'm looking for some stem at ebay I can find only 1"1/8 or 1"1/4. It is mean that I have to buy stem exactly made by cannondale or some company make stems for cannondales?

Given that it uses a Cdale headshock,I suppose anything is possible.Ask Cdale.

39 - 40 mm??? What are you measuring? 40mm is slightly more than 1 1/2".
Check the specs at the Cannondale site or do a web search.
The steerer tube is 1 1/8" but you also need to know the size of the handle bar

  6. Exactly I know what I am talking about. I have Headshock made by Cannondale and fork diameter is something like 39 mm. I mean mountain bike - road bike has different size. Check it if you doubt.

You are going to have to check with Cdale. I don't find anything bigger than 11/8" listed in the qbp, even tho there were 11/4 and 1.5" HS.

  9. You need a Headshok specific CODA stem. The sizes and part numbers are here:
