  1. When a person begins a Candida eliminating diet and recommended yeast destroying herbs they can often feel worse for a week or so than they did while suffering with the yeast overgrowth. This is because the Candida albicans cells are dying off quickly and your body is having trouble processing all of the toxins this die off produces. People experiencing die off can have bad headaches, extreme cravings, tiredness, irritability and other symptoms. It’s important to not give up during this stage because your health will begin to improve drastically after a few days. Drink plenty of water and exercise during this stage. This will help the body flush out the toxic effects of the Candida die off sooner. If you have more informations about different symptoms then frankly share with us.

    Thanks

  2. Interesting, I've never heard any of this but it makes sense. The cravings I know happen and this is not just because of what you are saying. The brain becomes addicted. The die off concept. Yes, I guess it would be good to eat really healthy and whatever would help flush out the toxins.

Dude, this is some spam lol.

  5. It is better to take the process in a more strategic and slow phase. Do not make a sudden change in your diet or program to rid of the candida because not all people are capable of handling the effects of die off it may even make you wanna quit whatever regiment you are in
